EP 045 Making Time for You
Welcome to episode forty-five, where we wrap up the month focused on inner knowing, intuition and your spiritual journey. In order to focus within, we need time and space to do so. So, this week we focus on making time for yourself during the pandemic, so you can actually have time to tune in.
In this episode I talk about the need for us to create artificial boundaries around our time and energy so we can recharge with a walk, a bath, prayer or meditation along with other positive re-centering activities. It’s also about how not to abandon yourself via neglecting your own needs.
