EP028 What Are Energy Drainers?
Welcome to episode Twenty-Eight, the first of the new year, where we describe what energy drainers are, and the impact they have on our well-being.
In this episode we explore the concept of energy drainers – all the things you tolerate and/or don’t face, even though you want to. What we do know is that not addressing them lowers your self-esteem, can create stress that can cause illness, and generally affect your quality of life. We aren’t supposed to just tolerate what is not good for us. We aren’t supposed to neglect ourselves via neglecting taking care of things. This has a lot to do with having healthy boundaries, so be sure to check out those episodes. (Or even revisit them if you need to!)
